Welcome to our Luxury Log Home on an 11-acre gated estate! Here's the scoop:

🌲 Enjoy a private 1/2 acre lake for fishing and swimming, paddle board fun, a real sand beach with lounge chairs and a dock with a gas fire pit.

🐾 Your family can pet and hang out with our friendly animals and horses right outside the front door!

🐴 You can even book a private guided barnyard tour during your stay (extra fees apply) where you will interact with many of the 75 animals on the ranch.

🏡 Cabin Details:

  • 3 levels of authentic timber-built charm
  • First Floor: 2 King bedrooms (each with their own smart TVs), 1 full bathroom, family room, rec area, and dining & kitchen areas. Plus, a 65" smart TV with YouTube TV available with local and cable channels.
  • Lower Level/Basement: Queen Bedroom(with Smart TV), Full bathroom, game area, 55" Smart TV, air hockey, Full Size driving arcade game and more!
  • Upper Floor: "Bunk room" with 5 single twin beds, 1 twin daybed with a trundle, and 1 Queen bed. Plus, another Smart TV and a full bathroom.

🪙 Rates:
You'll only be charged for the guests you actually have on the property. No need to pay for the full occupancy if you won't be hosting that many people.

  • Base nightly rate includes the first 5 guests.
  • Additional charge per person per night for extra guests (up to 15 max).

🚨 Booking Info: Before booking, please read our policies:

  1. Electronically sign the STR agreement within 24hrs. of booking.
  2. Provide a photo ID matching the booking name and signed name on the rental agreement within 24hrs.
  3. Share names of all adults and kids/babies on your reservation via email.
  4. Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $1000 at least 24hrs. before arrival.
  5. Interested in the hot tub? Request it when booking for $25 per day. We don't add those fees into our nightly rental because, again, if you won't be using it you shouldn't have to pay for it.

🌧️ Cancellation Policy: We don't offer refunds for cancellations or date changes. Consider purchasing traveler's trip insurance for added protection.

🏡 Location: We're in a populated suburb area  - Not a remote, isolated spot. You will feel a "million miles away from it all" yet be in the heart of all the fun!

📷 Security: Please note that we have exterior-only night vision cameras in operation 24/7 for everyone's safety and cover the entire estate including all entrances and exits, the lake area, barn yard, etc. Agreeing to our rental policies means you acknowledge their presence and won't tamper with them during your stay as guests on the estate.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A $1000 Refundable damage deposit is required and can be submitted directly through our booking site. For Airbnb bookings, it must be paid via Venmo or PayPal, while VRBO or direct website bookings can use a credit card. The base nightly rate includes accommodation for 5 guests. If your party exceeds 5 guests, there's a $25 per guest per night fee when booking directly with Branch Hill Estate. However, if you book through a third-party platform like Airbnb, VRBO, or Expedia, the fee is $35 per guest per night, in addition to any platform-specific charges. Please note that discounts are only applicable for reservations made directly through our Branch Hill Estate booking platform and cannot be applied when booking through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Houfy, and others.
